Design of Flue Fire Extinguishing System for Catering Industry

For the frequent occurrence of the flue fire, and the corresponding firefighting measures in a low-level efficiency, based on the studies of flue fire mechanism and the combustion characteristics of the sediment in the flue, this paper proposes a new design of fire extinguishing system, which is suitable for flue environment. This system uses a more advanced way -water mist fire suppression to extinguish fire, not only to effectively control the flue fire, provide safety protection for the kitchen, but also can effectively conserve resources, fighting fire without pollution, and improve the efficient use of the kitchen.
