Technology Study and Practice on Safe Simultaneous Mining of Ultra Short Distance Seams
Seam mining with ultra short distance to other seam is one of the most primary ways of recycling resources in Yang Yi coal mine, and there are two coal seams which are Daqing and Xiajia in exploitation area.The thickness of shale interbed is about 0.45~1.5m between Daqing and XiaJia coal seams. In the process of mining, Daqing coal and Xiajia coal which belong to the same section and simultaneous mining interact with each other, so the determination of reasonable staggered distance has become a critical factor of safety mining. Through the analysis of stope strata-pressure behaviors and roof structure, staggered distance is reasonable when it is 25~30m. This essay has done the numerical simulation and statistics of falling height, height of crack belt, peak of leading abutment pressure of stope overlying rock in different ways of stope mining staggered distance through the FLAC3D software, and it comes up that Xiajia coal seam shows the minimal influence on Daqing coal seam when both coal seams mine simultaneously. According to the reasonable staggered distance of working face and concrete conditions of field construction, safety mining has succeeded by adapting reasonable mining technology and relevant safety supporting measures.
