Prevention and Practice of Spontaneous Combustion of fully Mechanized Top Coal Caving Face in High Gas and Easy Self-ignition Coal Seams

摘要：

In order to prevent and control the spontaneous combustion occurred in the 15102 coal mining face of ShigangMine, the paper analyzes the dangerous factors of the spontaneous combustion occurred in 15102 coal mining face. Then, borehole drilling along the 14th seam for grouting was made and the MEA foam was grouted in the seam to resist the weathering of the coal on floor of gob. During the coal mining advanced forward, there were ventilation leakage dams built with a certain distance in the two gateways to effectively control the ventilation leakage and to effectively control the oxidization of coal on the floor of gob.
