Numerical Simulation of Gas Drainage with Boreholes in Goaf
Based on numerical simulation of CFD and visual display technology, this paper analyses the gas drainage problem of the goaf in Qinan mine. The gas collection course in the falling porous media of heterogeneous at the upper corner of goaf was theoretically the gas collection, showing immediately the mechanics of porous flow principle of the flow pattern in the goaf and the gas distribution movement when the gas is being drained. The method of longdrill of gas suction in the fracture areas, which can stop the flowing of the gas to the upper comers, properly solved the technical problem of gas suction in soft coal beds.
