Contour-Based Visual Expression of Gas Geological Information

Gas geological information to reflect and express the basis of gas geology data, geological information to achieve the visualization of gas for people to visually analyze the expression of gas geology to provide a scientific and an important means easy. In information visualization form, contour map is a form of wider application. Using Visual C + + 2005 as a software development platform, using the U.S. Environmental Systems Research Institute (ESRI) of the GIS components of ArcGIS Engine 9.3, implemented based on inverse distance algorithm, Kriging algorithm of gas geological contour map of the compilation, and light of the actual mine, visual expression of the gas content of the spatial distribution of the information. Through specific applications to illustrate: using GIS environment to produce the equivalent of visual expression map of gas geological information, gives the fullest integration of information systems and spatial analysis function, making attribute information directly graphical through the contour, in the map can more intuitive, efficient and easily show the spatial distribution of gas geology.
