Experimental Study on Transmission Characteristics of Coal Dust Explosion in Confined Laneway Space
This paper is aimed at researching the propagation principle of the gas & coal dust explosion, for reducing the injury. By gas explosion inducement inducing coal dust explosion following the tunnel in large-scale experiment laneway, test the peak value and arrival time of peak overpressure, effect time of positive overpressure and specific impulse to analyse characteristic propagation features. It shows that statistical peak value of overpressure and statistical specific impulse would be increased first and reduced later with the distance increasing of the explosion source, otherwise arrival time of peak overpressure and effect time of positive overpressure obviously lengthen. The parameters values of the measuring point totally in explosion propagation process decrease continuously following exhausted of explosive, but the variation laws are not entirely consistent.
