Rheological Analysis of Preventing Coal and Gas Outburst for Excavation Coal Face
According to the rheological theory and the hardening or softening effect on the creep process of coal containing gas, the three creep stages of coal containing gas is analyzed. The basic principle of controlling the catastrophic creep failure is theoretically proposed. Based on the stress-strain curve of the coal containing gas, the hardening or softening effect of non-equilibrium gas is discussed in the creep process. On the basis of these, the relationship between the creep process of coal in the front of mining face and the coal and gas outburst is studied. From the view of transformation of energy of outburst, energy dissipation balance equation of coal in the rheological process of coal is established, and the principle of preventing coal and gas outburst is also proposed.
