Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation of Dam Safety
Its difficult to evaluate the safety state of dam accurately, because there are many complex factors affecting dam operation, especially there are many non-quantitative factors consisting of a mass of randomness and fuzziness, and also because the judgment standard also remains unclear. In the view of system, its a good research method to apply fuzzy comprehensive evaluation to solve these problems, in which the dam is treated as a fuzzy synthesis. Considering that dam safety monitoring system can reflect the situation of dam directly and effectively, its reasonable and reliable that using the dam safety monitoring system to assess the dam safety state. In this paper, an evaluation system is established taking the operational status of monitoring facilities and the integrated running behavior of dam structure into account. The feasibility of the evaluation system proposed in this paper is verified by applying it to an actual project, and the conclusions are scientific and realistic.
