Analysis on Passenger Car Brake Safety Performance
To investigate the passenger car brake performance and ensure road traffic safety, various brake performances of given type passenger cars have been analyzed systematically. To achieve this goal, large sample detecting, multi-parameter data analyzing and mathematical modeling have been adopted. The research reveals that eight brake performances of the given type passenger cars all obey Weibull distribution, but each parameter m and η are different. The error between model calculating results and real-time detecting data are less than 4.08%, which shows the analysis is accurate and reliable. In addition, front axle ratio of wheel brake force difference to greater wheel brake force on same axle and rear axle brake efficiency are lower, which means enormous efforts should be taken to improve this problem.
