Attribute Recognition Model for Rural-Urban Binding Region Traffic Safety Evaluation Based on Combined Weight on Principle of Relative Entropy

There has been relatively little research conducted on traffic safety for rural-urban binding region at present, the paper study the problem by using combined weight on principle of relative entropy and attribute mathematical recognition theory. Firstly, safety evaluation index system was established based on analyzing influencing factors of urban-rural region safety. Then, Subjective weight reflecting the effect of different attributes of evaluation index to security Level and objective weight that show the influence of deviations of sample values to safety level can be synthesized to a combination weight according to minimum relative information entropy principle, the attribute recognition model for ruralurban binding region traffic safety evaluation was found, as well. The security level was identified by using confidence rule according to the attribute measure values of single index and multiple indices. Using the model to analyze one particular example shows that the model is practical and could afford decision-making gist to safety programming and safety father in urban-rural binding region.
