Study on Emergency Vehicle Dispatching for Serious Traffic Accidents Scene Disposal
According to demand uncertainty and diversity of emergency vehicles in the scene disposal of serious traffic accident, the combined optimization and fuzzy optimization are applied to deal with it. Two models of multi-emergency vehicle dispatching under time restriction are given respectively, where emergency response time and both its and vehicle demand are interval numbers, and the solution algorithm is introduced. An example based on the road network of Changchun urban is presented to verify the model and algorithm, which can be confirmed by the results. The algorithm is simple and practical, so can provide an important reference for decision-makers of the serious traffic accident and also can improve the efficiency of the scene disposal for serious traffic accidents.
