Finite Element Analysis on the Mechanical Behaviors of Load-Bearing and Anti-Slide Piles
Load-bearing and anti-slide piles have a popular application in the bridge and building foundation on the slopes, it is not only bearing the load from the superstructure but also resisting landslide-thrust from the side of pile foundation. The mechanical behaviors of pile are much more complex than antislide piles. The finite analysis element method is used and the three conditions are considered in this paper. FEM solution is obtained, and it has certain reference to design the load-bearing and anti-slide piles.
