Study on Ground Deformation and Lining Stress Characters for Small Spacing Tunnels

摘要：

The ground deformation is related with the clear distance between two small spacing urban tunnels, and it should not be simply considered the superimposition of the ground deformation induced by the excavation of two single tunnels when the clear distance is very small. Based on the project of small spacing tunnels in Xiamen, FLAC3D whicn is a finite difference program is adopted in this paper for a numerical analysis. The numerical analysis is the influence of clear distance between two tunnels on the ground settlement and stress characters of support structure. The result is very useful to subsequent construction and the development of the design and construction for small spacing and large span urban tunnels.
