摘要：

The purpose of this paper is to introduce the simple lessons from accidents or disgraceful affairs occurred in Japanese business and the successful ways for risk management. As the result, the author proposes the comprehensive risk management integrating the administrative and technical or scientific method. The most important thing is to penetrate the corporate culture based on their humanity into all employees and also employers themselves.
