Research on Validity of Experts Safety Check in Chemical Enterprises
Chemical industry security situation is severe in China recent years. All kinds of accidents and occupational danger happen frequently. Hidden troubles examination has become the most important and the first work in the work safety of chemical industry. Therefore setting experts safety check system is imperative and necessary for our chemical industries. In chemical enterprises employees low integrated quality and administration departments of work safety lacking of chemical safety professional knowledge illustrate that it is very important to carry out experts safety check in chemical enterprises according to chemical productions characteristics. So this paper puts forward effective executing scheme of safety experts safety check. The schemes include preparation before safety check, reasonable methods and ways determination, carrying out field inspection, inspection results feedback, enterprises correct according to inspection results, experts re-examine and records of government department. In order to prevent experts safety check being a mere formal, work safety administration departments should set effective supervision and management measures by carefully checking experts safety check records, spot-check to enterprise sites regularly, setting effective measures of rewards and penalties and regularly calling experts together to exchange experiences and so on.
