Quantitative Study on the Characteristic of Safety Management about the Mining with Filling Method
The environment can be protected well and the resources can be saved by using the mining with filling method to excavate.Its security management pattern and safety evaluation system directly restrict its inclusive application in deep deposit exploitation and complex mining. In this paper, a hierarchical structure of index system has been set up to analyze safety of production system about the mining with filling method by using the management principles of security systems and systematic evaluation techniques based on its production process. In particular, the condition of accidentprone have been considered in light of the accidental features about production environment. The integrated calculating method has been put forward to deal with the weighted geometric and arithmetic average values of appraisal indexes specially for the rigid index, namely, the one-vote veto item. At the same time, the quantitative method and the comprehensive evaluation criterion have been proposed to analyze case. In fact,The model is intuitive, comprehensive and operable.
