Study on Safety Investment and Employee Loyalty in High-risk Enterprises Based on the Game Theory
Based on the game theory, a game model reflecting the relation between safety investment and employees loyalty was established, and the mixed strategy Nash Equilibrium solution was obtained in high-risk enterprises. The factors that influenced probability of enterprise safety investment and employee loyalty were also analyzed. Conclusions were drawn as follows. The bigger safety expenses enterprise invests, or bigger punishment strength for unfaithful employee, or higher reward for the honest employee, the more loyalty employee will contribute to enterprise. Meanwhile enterprise should set out with a positive and human-oriented attitude, enlarge safety investment to provide the employees with safety and life guarantee. Only making noncooperative game gradually transfer to cooperative game, can arouse and keep the employees spirit of cherishing the job devotionally.
