Safety of Microwave Irradiation on TATB Explosive and its mixture
TATB (l,3,5-triamino-2,4,6-trinitrobenzene) explosives and its mixtures were experimentally assessed for their safety under microwave irradiation. Effects including temperature increase, moisture evaporation, desiccation, ingredient denaturalization, deflagration and et al were detailed. It showed that numerous and complicated effects could be illustrated with hot spot theory.
