Fault Diagnosis Technology for Fully-Mechanized Powered Support
The hydraulic system will generate high-frequency vibrating and noise signals inevitably over a wide frequency range when high-press emulsion leaks. Then by detecting these signals using the high-frequency sound wave sensor and high sensitivity accelerometer sensor and receiving the signals using the receiver, fault support can be located and fault degree can be judged. On these bases, a leakage failure detector of type YHX is developed successfully. The field application of this instrument in the fully mechanized coal face No.11-314 of Bailong Colliery showed that it could adapt to the complex production conditions of working face and diagnose leakage failure of the powered supports quickly and accurately, which greatly improved the support quality and support effect and promoted the high safe exploitation and production capacity of fully mechanized face.
