Mechanical Mechanism and Numerical Simulation of Cable Truss on 1 000 m Deep Coal Roadway

In the depth of 1 000 m, a roadway is under the effect of the high in-situ stress, and roadway surrounding rock has the characteristics of large deformation and maintenance difficulties. By analyzing the relationship between three influencing elements of deep roadway stability, the support structure of prestressed cable truss through its anti-arch action should be used to change the surrounding rock stress state. According to ground pressure behavior and failure mechanism of roadway No.2 223, the combined control technology of bolts and prestressed cable truss is proposed, and the supporting parameter optimization and its corresponding support effect are studied by the use of numerical simulation. The results of engineering practice of the cable truss system in Xingdong mine show that the deformation of the deep roadway is very small, and the roof strata separation and the damage of supports and surrounding rocks can be effectively controlled.
