A Review of Ion Beam Assisted Deposition of Thermal Barrier Coatings

摘要：

In recent years, ion beam assisted deposition (IBAD) technology has been employed more and more in the fabrication of films and/or coatings, especially in the composite system. In the present work, after the introduction about IBAD, the latest development of IBAD in thermal barrier coatings (TBCs) is briefly summarized and the future trend is also concluded.
