Analysis of Defect In Cross-Weld Between Plasma Arc Welding And Friction Stir Welding On Aluminum Alloy
In Todays industrial production, particularly in the automotive and aerospace industries, due to excellent performance in all aspects the aluminum alloy has been used more and more extensive, Friction Stir Welding and Plasma Arc Welding already have become two indispensable methods for this, the weld of the two welding methods will inevitably cross-stacked. In this paper, we take cross-weld hole defect such as gas pore for the research objective, through heat treatment for the Friction Stir Weld or direct to analyze the cross-weld of Plasma Arc Welding and Friction Stir Welding, accordingly to prove that there are some defects in the cross weld between the two weld methods the most important is the hole defect such as gas pore.
