Research on Pulse Electron Beam Welding Gridbias Power Supply

摘要：

The pulse EBW has bigger penetration, larger depth-width ratio and better weld seams performance compared with the traditional continuous EBW. The key technology of the pulse EBW is that how to produce pulse beam current by the gridbias power supply, thus, the paper makes a discussion and comparison on gridbias power supply that can produce pulse beam current.
