Manufacturing Enterprise Supply Chain Vulnerability and Risk Management Research:--Take Toyota Global Recalls as the Case

摘要：

The Toyota quality is facing unprecedented brand crisis and trust crisis, which reflects the deep crisis of the Japanese cars and even Japan manufacturing. This research is taking Toyota global recalls as a case, basing on the perspectives of supply chain vulnerability and risk management, revealing vulnerability and risk of product architecture, the supply chain architecture, supply chain cost control, and customer complaint about quality, in the supply chain system of the global manufacturing enterprise. Conclusively, the paper suggests the improvement measures of the vulnerabilities and risks, and the future research directions.
