On the Construction of Prevention Mechanism against Legal Risks in Enterprises

Strengthening enterprise management is one of the important aspects to enhance the overall strength of enterprises, and the construction of prevention mechanism against legal risks is an important part of enterprise management. Many enterprises successes and failures provide us with a lot of experience and lessons. This article discusses in depth the concept and causes of enterprise legal risks, and on this basis, the prevention mechanism against legal risks is proposed in order to provide a theoretical reference to the practice of preventing legal risks effectively in Chinese enterprises
