Study on Impact of E-commerce development on Enterprises operation and management
In terms of the electronic commerce (E-commerce) definition and its development history we find out that the emergence of e-commerce not only brought tremendous opportunities for society development, but also played a tremendous role in promoting modernization and information of enterprise management. The discussion from internal and external environments in this paper shows that E-commerce has become necessary as a strategy in business operation. According to the application of E-commerce in function processes of enterprise management, traditional management style and means need to be changed to enhance and upgrade enterprises competitiveness and advantage. The results provide support to the idea of the study and indicate that E-commerce must take strategic move rather than as an adjunct to existing institutions.
