Encoding & Decoding of Chinese Address and Development of Algorithms for Intelligent Address Search

摘要：

This paper, based on data research and analysis of a citys real address, encoding and decoding principles of its standard address database and address matching algorithms as well, puts forward the address of the corresponding decoding algorithm and intelligent address search algorithm. The algorithm can be achieved in C ＃. NET environment and test address database that contains more than 20 million pieces of data, which shows that it has a high precision ratio.
