Research on Mathematical Models of Flow Stress for 0Crl3Mn Stainless

Flow stress of hot deformation about 0Crl3Mn stainless steel was experimentally studied by A Gleeblel500 thermo-mechanical simulator. The effects of deformed temperature, strain rate and strain to flow stress were analyzed.multiple Non-linear regression mathematical models of flow stress were proposed. The two temperature ranges mathematical models fit accurately with the experimental data. The two temperature models are useful in scientific research.
