Models Study for Supply Chain Facility Decision
This thesis is subject to Supply Chain Management, Strategy, Planning, and Operation (Sunil Chopra, Peter Meindl, Third Edition, Tsinghua University Press),and to discuss the strategies and methods for facility decision. The paper try to point out and correct some mistakes in models creation concerned, and then try to provide the right answer to different options. Authors run liner programming to their models in Excel, and also run VBA program to validate their theory and compare their results to original ones. The study results and processes could be beneficial to those University students and graduate students who are interested in the class of (Supply Chain Management and ERP), and (Principle of Enterprise Resource Planning).
