Study of the Non-liner Dynamic System Theory for Reciprocating Compressor Fault Diagnosis
In this paper, concerning with the reciprocating compressor surfaces vibration signals are non-steady and abound of vibration exciters, the property is analyzed and handled based on the nonlinear dynamical system theory, and it is demonstrated that these signals have features of fraction and muInfraction. With the wavelet transformation theory, the maximum wavelet module quantum is used to reduce noise, then the multifractal spectrum is calculated,the fault eigenvector is defined,so the different fault can be classified. The result shows that these methods are successful to diagnosis the fault of compressors air value.
