Research on Agile Virtual Enterprises Selection and Optimization in Project Management

How to make combination of agile virtual enterprises optimal is one of the key problems in project management. Due to complexity of member selection process, this paper proposed a mathematical model of enterprises selection and optimization based on genetic algorithm and analytic hierarchy process. The weights for every weight can be determined by analytic hierarchy process and the candidate manufacturing enterprises can be optimized by an improved genetic algorithm, which the crossover operator was improved and put forward a kind of correction strategy for chromosome. At last, a typical simulation case was given and illustrated the models validity.
