Study on Influencing Factors of Shelled Force of Elaeagnus Mollis Diels Fruits
The Elaeagnus mollis Diels fruits is a specific plant product of south Shanxi province and HuXian of Shaanxi province. Regression equation between the diameter and length of nut, as well as relationship between the weight of kernel and nut was got by analyzing its shape and physical characteristics. Respectively by analyzing load direction and water content of effecting Elaeagnus mollis Diels fruits shelled force, it was found that Elaeagnus mollis Diels fruits size had great influence on its shelled force, moreover the shelled force from Y direction was smaller, and had better breaking effects than that from X direction, the breaking force was the smallest at 8.02％ water content.
