Impacts of Entrepreneurial Orientation, Entrepreneurial Motivation on Business Performance: Empirical Study based on the Internet-Shops
According to the survey on the entrepreneurial activities of the internet-shops, this paper studied the impacts of entrepreneurial orientation and entrepreneurial motivation on business performance of the internet-shops. Based on the analysis of 167 valid questionnaires, research showed that both entrepreneurial orientation and entrepreneurial motivation made impacts on business performance to different extents. Finally we summarized the whole paper and offered the research limitations and future research direction.
