Analysis on the Firms Outsourcing Strategy Based on Core Competency Theory
With the increasing intensify of manufacture globalization, outsourcing strategy has attracted more and more attention in recent years. While outsourcing is a complex process, improper strategy pathway will provide formidable barriers against firms performance. Employing the core competency theory, this paper systematically investigates the firms outsourcing strategy design and operation model. Meanwhile, it gives a comprehensive analysis on the relationship between core competency and outsourcing strategy choosing. We hope it can provide effective theory support for enterprise to acquire sustainable competitive advantage.
