摘要：

This study refers to the existing problems of traditional urban community management model, based on information technology and system integration theory, puts up with the new community information management model, and makes a comprehensive integration to the community management function modules, finally makes the community information management come true, effectively enhances the efficiency and level of community management, greatly improves the quality of life for community residents, at the same time, has great importance to the construction of harmonious society.
