The Test-bed Design of Large Torque and High-speed Ratio Planetary Gear Reducer
To meet the needs of L-type large torque and high-speed planetary gear reducer, a test-bed is designed. During the period of working out, the scheme of hardware structures of the reducer test-bed is discussed, and then the close-type power flow test-bed is chosen. Finally, concrete ways of reducer positioning, power and loading device fixing, and the assembly of test-bed hardware is defined. At the same time, the control system design is also discussed. As a result, Visual C++ is used to help the form of control and display interface, PLC and inverter is used to control the speed of motors, and SCM is used to control the magnetic powder loader to load and the specific process control system map and interface data display is given when test-bed running without load.
