Study of Knowledge Accumulation System of Industry Cluster Based on Innovation Practice

Being the foundation of cluster systems innovation behavior, innovation practice changes as time goes on. Besides enhancing the cluster innovation efficiency, practice, to some extent, can also generate innovation inertia and reduce the cluster innovation efficiency. Therefore, starting from the characteristics of innovation practice, this paper analyses why the inertia of practice is produced; by use of the knowledge accumulation model of updating practice, it analyses the key links of influencing practice updating; in terms of the three aspects of cluster coordination innovation, cluster organized learning and searching communication of cluster innovation, it also respectively probes into the system through which the organic renewal of cluster innovation practice can be realized.
