An evaluation of Knowledge Transfer risk factors in IT Outsourcing Service Based on Rough set
Knowledge transfer become the mam the risk in IT outsourcing service,and many tools and methods are available to support the various phases of the risk management. The evaluation method of risk factors is an important process in risk management. This present the concept of the combinatorial weight of risk factors, and also to propose an algorithm to tackle evaluation of risk factors by rough sets theory. Moreover, an example is given to demonstrate the method, and find out the correlation coefficients among the risk factors, therefore, it can explain how much the effect of each factor on the success or fail of IT outsourcing and knowledge transfer.
