Design of a Latticing Min-type System with Monitoring and Tracking Localized for Transporting Hazardous Chemicals

Aiming at the storage and transportation of hazardous chemicals, a latticing min-type system, with functions of tracking and localized, is designed. This system design concept is expatiated and analyzed in detail. To verify the feasibility of the monitoring system, a simulating transportation experiment for hazardous chemicals on the sea and land is fulfilled. In the experiment, heterogeneous state information of the transportation vehicle is obtained through using relevant sensors for all kinds of different parameters. The signals are from eight kinds of different sensors, which are the gas sensor, the temperature and humidity sensor, the pressure sensor, the liquid level sensor, the acceleration sensor, the angle sensor and the switch sensor. After all, the sensors signals are collected through a real-time detector, a correlation function and a fuzzy integration function were used to process them, and then the state information was transmitted out through the wireless communication network to the terminal management and control center. This terminal management and control system and a detector are installed in the transportation vehicle, and the satellite communication system (the Global Position System (GPS) and GPRS) also do that Combined with the Global Position System (GPS), the detected real-time information is transmitted to the remote master control center. Based on this design, this tracking and localized system has been demonstrated with well monitoring ability and technology requirement.
