Research on Evaluation Model Applied in Recruitment Process of Civil Servants
Chinas civil service system has been implemented for many years, but the hiring and assignment process has been controversial. The mail reason is the lack of scientific evaluation and reasonable explanation. In view of this situation, based on the fundamental principle of fairness and the overall optimal, a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model is proposed by construction of single-factor evaluation matrix and using Delphi technique to obtain weight of each factor. The merit candidate selection method in public servant recruitment process is achieved by the solutions which are further derived from the model. The model is very promising to be implemented in real recruitment process. It can also be used to solve other similar problems.
