Development of CRM System Based on .NET Architecture

In this paper, the deep content of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) is analyzed,.NET architecture is introduced, a CRM system is designed based on.NET platform, and finally the realization of basic information maintenance module in this system is discussed in details. This software has been used in a telecommunications company, and has made good use of effects.
