Study on Index Weighting of C4ISR System Effectiveness Evaluation Based on GA-ESAHP

摘要：

Puts forward GA-ESAHP, combining genetic algorithms, exponential scale method and AHP. It describes the basic theory of GA-ESAHP, analyses the application process of GA-ESAHP through an example and compares with the other two index weighting methods from the consistency and sensitivity of the judgement matrix. The analysis shows: GA-ESAHP is more applicable to index weighting in C41SR system effectiveness evaluation.
