Beijing Traffic Data Center based on SOA technology

摘要：

Focusing on the current situation of Traffic Information Management, this paper analyzes system requirement of establishing intelligent traffic management data center, describes its implementation strategy in details, provides design methodology based on service-oriented architecture (SOA for short) and, moreover, further argues on its SOA framework. Therefore, the paper offers a specific design plan and its implementation for the intelligent traffic management data center.
