Research of Infra-Organizational Knowledge Transfer Based on Dynamic Game Simulation
In the research of infra-organizational knowledge transfer, how to avoid members opportunistic behavior under individual limited rationality constraint, especiaUy to solve the Prisoners Dilemma is worth concerning. In this article, we examined the infra-organizational knowledge transfer behavior strategy profile from individual level, established the players behavioral models basis on the dynamic game theory, and then by using agent-based simulation tool Swarm to demonstrate equilibrium outcome. The result shows reduction of players quantity by implementing the team work, regulation of players payoff function by setting incentive mechanism to punish uncooperative members and reward the cooperative members, could significantly moderate non-cooperative strategy profile and enhance outcome of intra-organizational knowledge transfer. By introducing game theory and CAS (Complex Adaptive Systems) method, this article provides a meaningful approach for future research on intra-organizational knowledge transfer.
