Dynamics Simulations of Virtual Prototypes of Double Crank Ring-Plate-Type PinCycloidal Gear Planetary Drive with Three Gears
This paper builds the assembly models of double crank ring-plate-type pin-cycloidal gear planetary drive with three gears in Pro/E software system and dynamics virtual prototypes in ADAMS software system, and the working process of reducer in the conditions of no-load and full-load is simulated. The models of virtual prototypes for dynamics analysis are correct by virtual test and a good design basis and verification tool of virtual test are provided for further research.
