Performance Evaluation of Universitys College Based on Academic Assessment
The core issue of university internal efficiency research is the performance evaluation of colleges and to improve performance to satisfy stakeholders need. This paper used Balanced Scorecard(BSC) method to evaluate the efficiency of Universitys college based on academic assessment; 1) provided questionnaires for sampling groups based on academic assessment, 2) created Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) of BSC developing by Delphi technique, and 3) evaluated the effectiveness of BSC KPIs model of colleges. The researchers investigated on 19 colleges in X University as a case study. In the end this proposed model provided some guidelines to improve performance and worthwhile governance. C
