Simulation of Coupled Series Circuit and Microbeam System
An investigation into the nonlinear vibration of coupled RLC series circuit and microbeam system is presented. A nonlinear model of coupled RLC circuit and microbeam system is established by the Lagrange-Maxwell equation and vibration equation of microbeam is used to account for the discharge state. A perturbation method, the method of multiple scales, is used to obtain the first approximation solutions and corresponding to steady state solutions of the 1/3 subharmonic resonance system. The effect of the design parameter on the dynamic responses is discussed. Using the simulink tool box of MATLAB software, dynamic simulation of the the 1/3 subharmonic system under the discharge state concludes that the system is in the stable structure based on analysis of the vibration diagram.
