The Study of the Implementation of Enterprises Informatization based on SAP

摘要：

This Paper focuses on the construction process of enterprise informatization and IT project implementation experience. After studying of various internal features of the project informatization, this paper analyzes the information process of IT project implementation based on the SAP system implementation methodology and has a summary description of risk control and successful experience.
