Research on the Background Value of Non-equidistance GM(1,1) Model

摘要：

Based on the principle and characteristic of nonequidistance GM(1,1) model, the new formula of background value has been given and the parameters have been solved by dichotomy in this paper. The example is also given to show that the precision of the new model is high. The new modeling method improves the simulation precision and extends the application scope of the non-equidistance GM(1,1) model.
