The Framework of Educational Knowledge Management System Based on Ontology and CELTS
It is the urgent demand for the improvement of information services quality and inevitable development of information with transferring from Information Management to Knowledge Management. This article defines the meaning of educational knowledge management and analyzes the existing problems of management systems. Authors believe that we can achieve more effective, intelligent resource management system through the development of ontology database based on CELTS (Chinese E-Learning Technology Standards). Through literature research and user surveys, the article also detailed modules and architecture of educational knowledge management system which bases on CELTS and ontology.
